Join us for a relaxed and welcoming session designed just for adults! We’ll start with a fun group warm-up, then the gym is yours to explore at your own pace. Whether you want to try something new, brush up on old skills, or just enjoy moving in a supportive space, this class is all about having fun and giving it a go—no experience needed!

Policies
All classes are to be paid at the time of enrolment via our enrolment portal Jackrabbit. If, for any reason fees are not paid prior to the commencement of the term or class, your enrolled student will be un-enrolled from the class to enable other students to fill the class. All students are required to pay an annual equipment levy and annual insurance fee.
