Pricing
All classes are to be paid at the time of enrolment. If, for any reason fees are not paid prior to the commencement of the term or class, your enrolled student will be un-enrolled from the class to enable other students to fill the class.
All students are required to pay an annual equipment levy and annual insurance fee.

All payments can be made on our online enrolment portal Jackrabbit with a credit or debit card, direct deposit or via cash or Eftpos (incurs 0.91% transaction fee) at the Cooma Gymnastics Club. Please see below for our direct deposit details.

Cooma Gymnastics Club Payment Policy
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
Class Fees

Recreational class fees are payable at the time of enrolment via the Parent Portal.

Enrolments are not finalised until payment is received.

Alternative payment methods must be arranged with the club. Full payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. Payment plans must be requested within 7 days.
Late Payments

A $15 late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 14 days (unless on an approved payment plan).

Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be charged to the card provided at registration.

If payment cannot be processed, enrolment may be cancelled and all attended classes remain payable.
Insurance (Annual – January to December)
Insurance is compulsory and must be paid within 14 days of invoicing.
Insurance is provided through Gymnastics NSW / Gymnastics Australia.
